The Voter ID — officially the EPIC (Electoral Photo Identity Card) number — is a widely held Indian identity document. Verifying it is useful when a customer prefers not to share other documents, or when you want an additional identity and address signal in your KYC flow.
What Voter ID verification returns
- The registered elector name and relation name.
- Gender of the elector.
- Assembly / parliamentary constituency and state.
- A validity status for the Voter ID.
